Yin Yoga for More Balance in Your Life  

Yin Yoga is a quiet practice. It consists of floor-supported postures that are held for a minimum of two minutes to encourage safe openings of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. It improves posture, assists in a more fluid gait, and enhances overall balance. Yin Yoga allows meditation to be part of the yoga experience AND is a great balance to the more active styles of yoga.
