In this informative workshop we’ll explore why people choose to downsize, the affect selling has on Medicare and taxes, the emotional factors involved, and practical steps to make the process smoother and more intentional.

This two-part class will focus on the importance of Medicare, long-term care, and critical illness planning in retirement. While Medicare provides foundational health coverage for retirees over 65, it does not offer comprehensive protection against all medical costs, especially long-term care (LTC) which can have serious consequences or retirement savings and financial security. Early retirement planning is essential for securing peace of mind and one's legacy.

We will discuss the different parts of Medicare and what they do, explain the differences between Medigap and Medicare Advantage, how to choose a secondary plan that fits your needs, and most importantly how to help counteract the rising cost of prescriptions.
