It includes classical ballet training focused on barre and center work, introducing essential ballet poses, positions, vocabulary, proper body alignment, and techniques to stabilize and strengthen your body. Through movement and expression, you’ll develop physical grace, poise, and the confidence to express yourself artistically. Emei Qigong is a school of Chan (Zen) Qigong that promotes good health, emotional balance and awareness through practices that strengthen the body's vital energy (chi). It's methods have been practiced on the summit of Mt. Emei, China for more than 750 years. This class will introduce the basic warmups, fundamental movements, breathwork and also learn Meridian tapping.

Learn the gentle and graceful art of the Tai chi Broadsword (Dao). The Broadsword is an extension of the body that enhances focus and coordination. This class is only offered to students with previous knowledge of proficient Tai chi Chuan. This 8 week course will cover the short Yang style Broadsword form. Students are required to supply their own wooden practice Broadsword. “This course is specifically for intermediate and advanced students who have moved past the introductory stage.”Spring into action and plan for your future. Learn how to put your Will, final papers, and end-of-life information in order. Topics include important documents to have on file, helpful information for loved ones, and ideas for leaving a lasting memory. A checklist to follow and a resource list will be provided.
