    Emei Qigong is a school of Chan (Zen) Qigong that promotes good health, emotional balance and awareness through practices that strengthen the body's vital energy (chi). It's methods have been practiced on the summit of Mt. Emei, China for more than 750 years. This class will introduce the basic warmups, fundamental movements, breathwork and also learn Meridian tapping.
