    Explore the world of herbs and herbal medicine with our intensive Herbalist Certificate Program. Learn the historical and biochemical aspects of plant-based medicine to improve diet and health planning. Each module covers a body system, related herbs, herbalist history, botany, biochemistry, nutrition, herbal preparations, creating blends, and energetic theories. The program consists of 15 modules divided into three sections: Modules 1-5 (Fall 2024), Modules 6-10 (Winter 2025), and Modules 11-15 (Spring 2025). Please note that the cost is $533 per quarter. Total cost for the certificate is $1599*. Each 3-hour in-person module includes lectures and hands-on product creation, along with 2-4 hours of at-home coursework. There will be a test at the end of each section, culminating in a final exam after the last module. Upon completion and test submission, you will receive a certificate of completion. Gain the knowledge to start a career in the natural medicine industry, launch your own business or product line, or enhance your current profession. In addition, your instructor will guide you on your path and help with a personalized business plan.

    Emei Qigong is a school of Chan (Zen) Qigong that promotes good health, emotional balance and awareness through practices that strengthen the body's vital energy (chi). It's methods have been practiced on the summit of Mt. Emei, China for more than 750 years. This class will introduce the basic warmups, fundamental movements, breathwork and also learn Meridian tapping.

    This course is for students who have completed Beginner's Tai Chi Chuan. Course content reviews  Section 1A of the Yang Family Long Form, moving into Section 1B (completing the form) and into a deeper understanding of breath and movement while following the classics of Tai Chi. Your body, mind and spirit will flow into new places! Spring into action and plan for your future. Learn how to put your Will, final papers, and end-of-life information in order.  Topics include important documents to have on file, helpful information for loved ones, and ideas for leaving a lasting memory. A checklist to follow and a resource list will be provided.
