CDL Class A – Behind the Wheel Training with ELDT Theory
Complete the required ELDT Theory through a self-paced online video course. Once finished, your completion will be automatically uploaded to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry, ensuring you're compliant and eligible to move forward with your CDL process.
After completing the theory portion, you'll transition to hands-on, in-person training. This portion meets all F.M.C.S.A. requirements and prepares you to pass the CDL Class A skills test with a certified third-party tester. **ELDT Theory must be completed 72 hours prior to testing**
Award: Certificate of Completion and CDL-A Driver’s License (issued by the Colorado Department of Revenue upon successful testing)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:00PM - 5:00PM
Training Location: Mancos, CO Skills Test Location: Mancos, CO (PCC Campus)
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
CDL permit (FREE online permit prep class available through PCC)
Current DOT medical card
Minimum age: 18 for intrastate, 21 for interstate training

If the participant does not pass the driving exam on the first attempt, a re-test is available for an additional fee of $525.00
