RIVIAN SYSTEMS AND APPLICATIONS

The M.S.A.T (Manufacturer Specific Automotive Training) is intended to develop highly skilled EV technicians. This is a Beginner Class. Curriculum consists of a mixture of Lab/Lecture along with Integrated Internship. Subjects covered in this section are: Overview of all apps; Ride ¿ How we interface with our vehicles; Quest ¿ Troubleshooting guide and product issue tracking system; Rivian OS ¿ Rivian ecosystem to request access and IT issue reporting; Parts Ordering; Escalation in repair process ¿ How technicians report new and trending issues; Service Manual; Theory of Operation; Wiring Diagrams and Component Location ¿ Wiring schematics for entire vehicle; Atlassian; Tooling & Systematic approach to diagnosing vehicles
