Projects today often trend toward ever-increasing levels of uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, requiring more sophisticated approaches and techniques to effectively manage them. This course explores various approaches, philosophies, and techniques for successful management of project risk and complexity. Course content follows the Project Management Institute's (PMI®) Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).
