Munch & Learn: Women's Health (zoom)    NEW!

Menopause in women is a natural transition which requires adjusting to many bodily changes. Common complaints of women during this transition include hot flashes, mood fluctuation, decreased libido, vaginal dryness and lowered sexual satisfaction. Sexuality is an important aspect of health for men and women of all ages. Researchers have identified sex between couples as a basic mutual need. Sexual dysfunction during the menopausal years is a common and multifaceted complaint. While the majority of biologic changes in women's bodies during menopause are predictable, each woman's interpretation of these changes is very personal and unique.  Danita Napier is a board certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner at Prescott Women's Clinic. She has a Doctor of Nursing Practice and over 14 years experience in gynecology. She specializes in bio identical hormone therapy and sexual dysfunction in menopausal women.
