Participants will learn strategies to shift their mindset and apply research-backed techniques to enhance overall well-being. **No prerequisite required**

Drawing on the latest scientific research, we discuss the powerful role of mindset on outcomes in health, nutrition, fitness, and aging. Topics include the mind/body connection, placebo/nocebo effects, positive psychology, and longevity. Students will gain an understanding of these concepts and learn how to apply them to positively influence their well-being.
