This course examines narcissism as a spectrum, exploring its symptoms, expressions and the ways such behaviors are frequently normalized within contemporary culture. We address the self-doubt and self-blame commonly experienced by those in narcissistic relationships, and analyze the psychological patterns that drive narcissistic dynamics. Particular attention is given to the impact of these patterns on intimate, family and workplace relationships. Through discussion and applied frameworks, we consider tools for recognizing unhealthy dynamics, setting effective boundaries, and cultivating more balanced, grounded, and resilient connections.
