These portals, sometimes frustrating, can be tremendously helpful for managing your healthcare and resolving issues with your providers. Learn how to keep better records and work more effectively with the fragmented healthcare system.

What happens to everything you have worked for when you are gone? This two-session course takes an honest, practical look at estate planning and the transfer of wealth at death. Whether your estate is large or small, this course will help ensure your assets end up exactly where you intend.

Inspired by Rudolf Steiner’s insights into the threefold nature of the human being we will discover how our inner life of thinking, feeling and willing is directly connected to diverse physiological processes, not just to the brain. We will also explore how the forms found in the skeleton reveal in a striking way human threefoldness. These discoveries have far-reaching implications for education, psychology, medicine, and art as well as for society at large.

Mining for copper, gold and silver occurred in the Black Hills around Jerome from the late 1800s to the mid-1900s. This presentation will detail the environmental impacts mining and smelting operations has had within the Upper Verde Valley and what has been done over the years to remediate the environmental legacy mining left behind.

During this class, we will stretch the term “journaling” beyond what we think it is or should be, to what it could be. We will explore and imagine different forms and focuses for recording notes from our daily lives such as collage, correspondence logs, commonplace entries, travel storytelling, and more. Simultaneously, we will tune in to each of our own interests and purposes — stretching how we approach our routine “keeping track” and seeing what emerges that is illuminating and generative.
