This class is not a traditional approach on how to meditate. It is an interactive approach on how to stay focused throughout your day.

Hemingway's "In Our Town" collection of short stories written in Paris, 1925 gives us characters who define courage under pressure. "The world breaks everyone and afterwords many are strong in the broken places." (A Farewell to Arms) We'll read some short stories from his earliest collection, discuss his writing style, content, milieu. Books provided.
