The Pharmacy Technician program prepares students for the role of support personnel in the hospital, clinical, home health care agencies, mail-order and retail pharmacies. Working under the direction of a licensed pharmacist, Pharmacy Technicians provide assistance to the pharmacist in a variety of tasks involving the packaging, distribution, compounding, labeling, and recording of drugs.

Excel 1 (combined with CIS 146)   

Want to learn about Microsoft Excel? This course serves as an introduction to the use of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software for home and office. In this course you will learn about spreadsheet software and how to use a spreadsheet as a productive and useful tool. Prerequisite: computer literacy and file management skills are strongly recommended. This is a non-credit addition to a quarter-long, credit bearing course and not eligible for college credit. Assignments and assessments will not be graded and are not required as a part of this course.
