The Pharmacy Technician program prepares students for the role of support personnel in the hospital, clinical, home health care agencies, mail-order and retail pharmacies. Working under the direction of a licensed pharmacist, Pharmacy Technicians provide assistance to the pharmacist in a variety of tasks involving the packaging, distribution, compounding, labeling, and recording of drugs.

Introduction to Microsoft Access (Combined with CIS 147)   

Do you want to learn more about Microsoft Access? Join this introductory course where you will learn an introduction to the use of microcomputer database software for home and office. This course provides an understanding of database software in general and Microsoft Access in particular, as a productive and useful tool. Prerequisite: computer literacy and file management skills are strongly recommended. This is a non-credit addition to a quarter-long, credit bearing course and not eligible for college credit. Assignments and assessments will not be graded and are not required as a part of this course.
