OLLI goes on three or four regional excursions throughout the year to local points of interest (generally in Maine, New Hampshire, or Massachusetts) and one to two international trips a year, often in May or November.

Registrations are taken online by visiting our registration page.

3. Sign up and head to the cart for checkout!

Please note registration for International OLLI Travel Trips is not done online!
Details will be shared with members via the newsletter or other announcements.

    Experience a slice of Maine’s textile industry at the Biddeford Mills Museum.

    The tour starts at 10:00 but participants should arrive by 9:30 and will meet our tour guide at the Pepperell Center, 40 Main Street (next door to Portland Pie). There is parking, but participants are asked NOT to park in the lot facing the Mill.  That is for Portland Pie customers and cars will be towed.    No open-toed shoes are allowed.  The tours are two hours and there are minimal stairs to climb.  If participants have an issue climbing stairs, they have a 30-minute virtual tour that they can run.

    While visiting Bug Light Park, Spring Ledge Light and Fort Williams Park, learn the story of the people, artillery and fortifications that secured our colony and protected Casco Bay from 1620 to 1964.

    Take a tour of the historic Portland Observatory, enjoying a unique slice of Portland’s maritime history. Meet at 138 Congress Street, Portland.  There are stairs to climb so this staycation is not advisable for participants with mobility issues.
