Improv isn’t just for actors—play, create, and discover how this fun acting technique applies to everyday life. Build your empathetic listening skills and step outside of your comfort zone in a fun, supportive space where mistakes are embraced. Through ensemble games and exercises participants will explore the fundamentals of improv: listening, accepting, resilience, taking risks, and teamwork. Great for people who are in management positions and those who need to work on their "networking" skills. No experience necessary; just a willingness to play and have fun!

Ease into the winter season with a beginner-friendly knitting class designed to teach you the essentials. Students will learn core skills like casting on, knitting, purling, and binding off, then apply them to create a simple pair of slippers worked in the round on four needles. Perfect for the colder months!
The course also covers the basics of knitting tools and materials, including an introduction to different needle types, yarn quality and weight, and tips for choosing the right yarn. Students will receive guidance on where to find suitable yarn and supplies in the Seattle area so they can confidently continue their knitting journey.
By the end of the class, participants will have a solid foundation in basic knitting skills and a completed pair of handmade slippers to help ease the chill of winter.
Needles and yarn will be provided by the instructor. By the third class the students are encouraged to buy their own specific yarn for the slippers and can purchase needles if they wish to have their own set.
