This in-person workshop is designed for professionals and busy parents navigating chronic stress and burnout who are ready to move from survival mode back into clarity and control.
Participants gain practical, evidence-based tools to restore focus, regulate stress, quiet the inner critic, and reconnect with their innate strengths. Rather than offering temporary motivation, the experience centers on rebuilding self-agency: empowering individuals to manage their nervous system, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and make intentional decisions even in high-pressure environments.
The result is not just improved productivity, but greater resilience, engagement, and long-term well-being. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
1. Identify personal signs of stress and burnout and understand how chronic pressure impacts focus, decision-making, and overall well-being.
2. Apply practical, evidence-based strategies to regulate stress, restore energy, and strengthen mental clarity in high-demand environments.

This course aims to examine a more positive side of conflict. We will learn and practice different debating styles from impromptu speech to Lincoln Douglass debate, find out how to spot fallacies and how to engage with them, and practice emotional moderation when a debate doesn’t go our way.
This class is for anyone who struggles to express their opinions, feels uncomfortable with argument, or simply wants to brush up on their debate skills! We will learn the most popular debate styles, practice them in mock-debate, and debrief after each session.
