Mental Health First Aid is training that teaches skills to help someone who is working with a person who may be experiencing a mental health crisis. Information provided will discuss symptoms, crisis response, and active listening skills to support many mental health disorders, including: Depression; Anxiety, Trauma; Psychosis; and Substance Abuse.
