Building Resilience in Your Business   

In the aftermath of the Great Resignation and pandemic-prompted supply chain failures, many companies are taking a deeper look at their operations to understand how they can better prepare for an uncertain future. This course approaches social and environmental impact as a mechanism for attracting more loyal customers, forward-thinking suppliers, and engaged employees. It will cover why long term prosperity comes from a deep understanding of the stakeholders and ecosystems you rely on. Activities will include mapping stakeholders, assessing high risk and impact areas, creating strategies to mitigate those risks and increase positive impact. You will have an activity to complete between each of the live classes.
