SCC: Body Conditioning  

Class designed to provide strength training programs that will help participants to gain fat-burning and metabolism-boosting benefits. A variety of body conditioning exercises will be used to increase muscle strength and bone mineral density, help with injury prevention, and enhance physical function in activities of daily living.
