|SFCC: Step, Sculpt, Core, & More
This class will include the elements of Step and Sculpt with the addition of yoga inspired stretching. A fabulous way to get in shape! Combining aerobic fitness and body conditioning in the same hour. Everyone is welcome to join the fun. Participants will participate in aerobic routines set to music, using a step platform. Individuals will work out at their own level of intensity and complexity. Cardio movements can also be performed without the step, as a low impact routine on the floor. Students will use handheld weights, exer-tubes, fit balls, weighted bars, and mats, to sculpt the entire body, including the core. Warm-up, cool-down, and stretching will also be included during class time. Equipment used in class is provided except for yoga mats; please bring your own yoga mat. Students must be pre-registered (paid in advance) before you participate. No payment accepted at class.
