Springboard Diving
Guts, Grace, and Glory! Learn to perform flips, spins, and the art of diving. This course is designed to provide instruction on the sport of Diving. Participants will learn the five main groups of diving and will have the opportunity to compete in a dive meets. Beginners are welcome; the minimum age is six, and comfortability in the deep end of the pool. Tuesdays start with dryland training for fitness and skill development. USA Diving membership is highly recommended.
