Yoga for Wholeness   

A nurturing and regenerative class designed to address all parts of the body, mind and spirit. Learn and practice the fundamentals of basic yoga poses in a somatic sequence designed to improve and maintain health and vitality in all systems of the body. Focus is on strength, balance, and flexibility with an emphasis on the breath and how a pose feels, rather than perfection of how it looks. Especially beneficial for managing symptoms of anxiety, depression and PTSD. Fitness Level 1 2 3 4
