Qi Gong with Strength Training   

Qigong Strength Training is the art, science and philosophy of using isotonic and isometric exercises to improve the fitness of the whole body without the pounding of traditional exercises. Since Qigong Strength training is static, dynamic, and relaxing it opens up the micro circulation of the blood enabling you to become fit in areas of your body that you thought were impossible. Since these exercises do not exceed the normal joint limitations, it is great for those who desire greater fitness but are suffering from many bodily disorders such as arthritis, tendonitis, and bursitis just to name a few. This course is simple and is a great cross trainer for those who want to perform sports and one's life activities with greater ease. This course is for all ages all you need is a floor mat, loose fitting clothes, and comfortable fitting shoes.
