Nia Dance Fitness   

Energize your dance with a unique blend of structured and free movement inspired by martial arts, dance and healing arts, while listening to a diverse mix of world beats. Increase your body awareness, and whole-body conditioning through movement and mindfulness that leaves you physically energized, mentally calm, emotionally balanced and joyful in spirit. No experience needed, generally done barefoot, upright or seated. Shoes are also fine.
