Basic Fitness

Participants will learn to incorporate exercise in their daily life as a component of a healthy lifestyle, and participate in instructor-led group exercise activities such as cardiorespiratory training, strength conditioning, and flexibility training. Participants will gain knowledge that can be used for a lifetime while having fun participating in exercise activities that lead to reaching their fitness goals.
