Summer Career Camp (CE/SCC) - Public Works
Join us for a behind-the-scenes adventure into the incredible infrastructure that keeps Spokane running. Campers will get an exclusive look at how a city operates through engaging field trips and hands-on activities. From the Spokane Courthouse to the Spokane Dam, students will explore how natural resources are managed and how water and energy systems support our daily lives. Campers will also dive into the world of public buildings, transportation networks, and utility systems—learning how roads are maintained, how clean water gets to our homes, and how waste is managed responsibly.

Students will get an inside look at what it takes to build computer chips and learn all about electronics using real-world examples and interactive activities. Camp includes tours to local businesses, time with faculty to hear about all things electronics, and hands-on projects to take home at the end of camp.
