This course is part of our Manufacturing Series, Leading in a Lean Environment focuses on team-building skills that are imperative to building a lean culture. This training is designed to develop leadership capabilities within a Lean environment by helping participants understand how culture, behaviors, and mindset drive sustainable improvement. Through interactive discussions, self-reflection, practical exercises, and storytelling, attendees explore what it means to build a lean culture in their work area. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate of completion.
