Food Safety - FSPCA Preventative Controls for Human Food PCQI (Manufacturing Series)

This course is part of our Manufacturing Series. This is the standardized curriculum recognized by the US Food and Drug Administration for training individuals to be qualified to oversee the safe importation of food. Importers as of 5/30/2017 are required to assess hazards in human and animal food and verify suppliers have mitigated them properly. This class fulfils FDA requirements for FSMA Qualified Individual Training for importers. Participants receive a certificate issued by the FSPCA, AFDO, IFSH and IFPTI (proof that the participant was trained under an FDA recognized curriculum). Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate of completion.
