American History: The Cold War
The 16 years of the Early Cold War in the United States was a time of extreme anxiety over the possibility of a nuclear fueled continuation of World War II coupled with the turbulent beginnings of social changes from Rock `n Roll to desegregation, and in the economic field a period of great American industrial expansion domestically and overseas. Join popular historian Chet Caskey as we re-explore the 1950's.
