Contact Tracing

COVID-19 is significantly impacting every organization in the community in a variety of ways. In this course, business professionals, owners, non-profits, and community members will learn the basics of implementing contact tracing in their organization. In partnership with the Spokane Fire Department, this course will provide the blueprint for organizations to understand the importance of contact tracing and how to contact trace within their organization. Additionally, it will provide tools for contact tracing, communication techniques while protecting privacy and advocacy of affected individuals, follow up support to individuals in isolation/quarantine, and provide information on safely returning to work while minimizing the impact of COVID-19 on your organization.
