Learn to operate a tractor-trailer during classroom instruction and on-the-road training. This course prepares students for the CDL Class A written and driving tests, and meets all State of Washington entry-level requirements for the trucking industry. This program meets the 160-hour Washington State requirement to be eligible for Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A). Through classes and on-the-road practice, you’ll learn to safely drive Class A combination vehicles, with additional study in airbrakes. Students will receive a Certificate of Completion.

1) Attend CDL Class A Informational Session

2) Commercial Learner's Permit (CLP)

3) Proof of U.S. Citizenship

4) Proof of Washington State Residency

5) Valid Washington State Driver's License

6) 3-Year Driving Record

7) DOT Certified Physical 

8) Drug Screen
