In this introductory course, people of any age or physical condition can experience the physical and mental benefits of training methods crafted over many generations. With humility, our non-competitive training strives for harmony of mind, technique, and body. We train together for better health including: strength, flexibility, balance, mental acuity and perfection of character. Continued intentional training develops our self-defense strategy as well as our relationships and interactions with others.
