Learn to manufacture vaccines and other therapeutic products for the growing biotechnology industry in just 10 weeks - no degree or science background required. Upon completion, graduates will be prepared for entry-level roles at regional biomanufacturing companies with competitive wages. ESL level 6. *ETP Eligible. Through hands-on training, participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed for entry-level technician roles in regional biomanufacturing companies. Two common career pathways include:

Manufacturing Process Technician – Operate and maintain equipment in sterile manufacturing areas while following procedures to ensure product quality. Starting wage is $22/hour.

Environmental Monitoring Technician – Monitor air and surface cleanliness in cleanroom environments to ensure safe production of injectable drug products. Starting wage is $22/hour.
Upon successful completion of the program, students will guranteed an interview with Jubliant HollisterSteir for an entry-level role with room for growth. Find more information on our Manufacturing course offerings.
You could qualify to pay only $25 for the program:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Have no prior experience working in manufacturing before the course begins.

This course is part of our Manufacturing Series, Lean Fundamentals provides an engaging exploration of how Lean tools can be applied to organizational performance. Participants are guided through a structured framework that emphasizes a lean mindset, process stability, and continuous improvement. This program is a comprehensive entry-level training program designed to equip individuals with the foundational skills and knowledge that is essential to begin a career in advanced manufacturing. Tailored to meet the workforce needs of Eastern Washington, this program consists of seven focused modules that combine hands-on training with essential technical instruction. Graduates will be prepared to begin careers filling high-demand roles in manufacturing environments, including positions in production, machine operation, quality control, and maintenance.
