This class combines cardio and flexibility training. It provides dynamic, energizing, and fun cardio activities that improve cardiovascular fitness. These activities are offered using different methods including but not limited to step aerobics, kickboxing, and HIIT workouts. Flexibility training will follow the cardio exercises and will focus on site-specific areas to improve range of motion. Placing flexibility activities last increases their effectiveness because the muscles are warm and pliable, allowing them to stretch farther.

A 20 hour class to shape new, used, or recycled metal into hobby projects/yard art by using basic welding techniques. This class is for beginners/crafters, farmers, “retired and starting-a-part-time-out-of-the-garage” or even a “brush up class” opportunity for the established welders. Providing you some time and ability to have fun and make something cool using basic techniques! Students will design and provide materials for these projects. Students must furnish some supplies, clothing and safety equipment.
NOTE: The first night of class the instructor will give a safety orientation, along with a list of supplies the students will need. Students that miss the safety orientation cannot be admitted into the welding shop.

Introduction to Vinyl Wrapping is a beginner course and will introduce students to different vinyl materials, tools, safety, and application. Our training will teach you the broad range of installation approaches on applications including painted walls, brick, vehicles, and trailers.
