This course expands upon the skills and knowledge of the Home Care Aide to offer 24 hours of advanced theory and skills training to sit for the NACES exam. The Bridge course consists of 24 hrs continued training with 8 hrs of lecture, 8 hrs of lab, and 8 hrs in clinical rotation under supervision. Course cost includes text book and insurance fee. For persons who have successfully completed an accredited MA program or registered apprenticeship program recognized by the State of Washington, and have successfully passed a Certified Medical Assistant examination through AAMA, a Register Medical Assistant examination through AMT, a Clinical Medical Assistant Certification examination through NHA or a National Certified Medical Assistant examination through NCCT.
