Yoga for Life   

Learn and practice the fundamentals of basic yoga poses in a sequence designed to improve and maintain health and vitality in all systems of your body. Focus is on strength, balance and flexibility with an awareness of proper posture and breath. Chair modifications are available. Please bring a yoga mat.

Class Notes: Zoom link is emailed approximately 2 days before class. Students will need a yoga mat. Blankets, bolsters, blocks are optional.
