We will cover the basics of Belly Dance: hip drops, shimmies, undulation, circles, and sways. Belly Dance provides gentle core toning, improves balance, posture, and confidence. Class includes warm up, dance technique, and routines, rhythms, music, and cultural notes. Come have fun learning Belly Dance with an experienced teacher.
