If you are new or haven't taken a fitness class yet in the 2026-2027 academic year (September 2026 - August 2027), please add this "Fitness Form" course to your cart.
We encourage new students to create an account first. Once you have an active account, add the "Fitness Form" course to your cart, click the "Back to Page" link and the "Add to Cart" button will be visible. The form will appear as part of the check out process.

Looking for a low-impact class that will improve balance, strength, and flexibility? This class focuses on training and developing your muscles to make it easier and safer to stay active. Class will include 10 minutes of weight training, 20 minutes of light cardio, and 20 minutes of core exercises and stretching, a perfect mixture to keep you in prime form. Fitness Level 1 2 3
Class Notes: This low-impact, full-body fitness class combines the elements of ballet, pilates, and yoga with targeted strength training and light cardio to improve posture, balance, flexibility, and overall muscular endurance. Designed for all levels with a focus on muscle development and alignment for safer, more fluid movement. This class is perfect for maintaining an active lifestyle. Required equipment includes a Pilates ball, exercise band, dumbbells, a chair and your enthusiasm!

Learn and practice the fundamentals of basic yoga poses in a somatic sequence designed to improve and maintain health and vitality in all systems of the body. Focus is on strength, balance, and flexibility with an emphasis on the breath and how a pose feels, rather than perfection of how it looks. Especially beneficial for managing symptoms of anxiety, depression and PTSD. Fitness Level: 1, 2, 3, 4
