In this course, you’ll learn how to acknowledge and understand the emotions connected to clutter, and explore simple techniques to help you begin the de‑cluttering process with confidence.Through guided discussion, we’ll uncover the reasons clutter accumulates and the physical and emotional challenges it can create. You’ll gain practical tips and easy strategies for downsizing, as well as learn how to create a realistic plan of action, with follow‑through steps to help you succeed.

This course is intended to introduce the students to the martial art of Tai Chi Ch'uan. Instruction will focus on the first fifteen movements of the form and the many benefits of its study. Grab a chair and enjoy a unique yoga experience. Use chairs and standing modifications of yoga, focusing on safety, and combine balance and flexibility poses with stretching, breathing exercises, seated meditation and relaxation. This class is appropriate for those with joint pain, joint replacement or back pain, or those finishing rehabilitation. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Fitness Level 1 2
