This low-impact, full-body fitness class combines the elements of ballet, pilates, and yoga with targeted strength training and light cardio to improve posture, balance, flexibility, and overall muscular endurance. Designed for all levels with a focus on muscle development and alignment for safer, more fluid movement. This class is perfect for maintaining an active lifestyle. Required equipment includes a pilates ball, exercise band, dumbbells, a chair and your enthusiasm!

QiGong is a series of gentle slow movements and controlled deep breathing like those of tai chi designed to counter the extreme effects of stress on your body. In addition, research shows that QiGong can also improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. This course is designed for all ages and can be done either sitting or standing, and all you need are comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and shoes. This class is taught by a Doctor of Chiropractic who believes in the positive health benefits of QiGong and invites you to come give it a try! Fitness level: 1 2 3 4.
