All ACT 2 Fitness category classes require a fitness form be on file with the ACT 2 office. One form is required every academic year. If "Add to Cart" buttons are missing for fitness classes on or after 2/24, first log in.
If you are logged in and still don't see "Add to Cart" buttons for fitness classes, add the Fitness Form class to your cart, select "Back to Page" and navigate to the fitness class you want to register for.
FITNESS CLASS DEFINITIONS and LEVELS
Physical activity = activity that increases energy expenditure such as walking or household chores.
Exercise = physical activity with the intention of developing fitness, agility, and endurance.
Guide to Fitness Levels
1 - Starting Out: For those who engage in limited physical activity 3 times per week or less.
2 - Getting Going: For those who engage in physical activity at least 3 times per week.
3 - Staying Active: For those who exercise at least 2-3 times per week.
4 - Athlete: For those who exercise almost every day.
