This is the recommended sixth class of the Technical Solutions Delivery Certificate. Finding agile solutions and delivering technology projects can be difficult. It can be especially difficult for non-IT professional to understand how different technological elements work together. This certificate provides you with an overview of the programs and systems commonly used in projects so that you can communicate and collaborate effectively with your project team.

Databases store and organize data providing businesses valuable tools for decision making and analysis. Often there are multiple layers of employees using the database for a variety of reasons.
