Tai Chi Ch'uan 1: Introduction   

Designed as an introduction to Tai Chi Ch’uan, an ancient form of Chinese physical activity, you will focus on rejuvenating your body, mind and spirit. Tai Chi Ch’uan embodies the principles of meditation, continuity of movement and breathing, flexibility and grounding. Wear loose-fitting clothes.
