Excel: Interactive Reports    NEW!

Excel has a variety of options available to reduce the amount of input for the user and set up interactive sheets that are streamlined for your users and your data! Come to this one day class to learn about your options to make dynamic excel reports that will provide user friendly interactions and data presentation that will impress!

In this course you will learn how to include macros with their own interactive buttons, combo boxes and data validation for drop-down choices, option buttons, check boxes and other form objects to give your users a familiar way to interact with Excel.

Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:
  • Use macros and interactive buttons
  • Format drop downs, option buttons, and check boxes
  • Create and understand formulas that provide form objects and data
  • Start and utilize simple report interfaces
Audience: Anyone who works with large amounts data and can utilize interactive reports in Excel

Prerequisites: Recommend completing Excel Level 1 and Excel Level 2. Users with an understanding of Excel, to include familiarity with common formulas.

This class is offered online using Zoom and Excel 2010/2013/2016.

Zoom Requirements:

  • Access to a computer with speakers & microphone (or the ability to call in via phone).
  • A web camera (suggested but not required).
  • Access to high-speed internet.

Zoom link will be sent prior to the start of class. You must have Excel 2010/2013/2016 installed on your computer to participate in the class.
