This course is designed to inspire individuals to develop a personal practice of working with their dreams and the unconscious realms for personal enrichment and a deepening appreciation of honoring seasonal transitions. Participants will learn methods of working with their dreams that are fun and practical. Autumn is a time of preparation for moving into the time of year in the northern hemisphere when days are shorter and nights are longer—a perfect time for cultivating our dreams.

Key learning outcomes:
1. Define the practice of dream incubation
2. Describe three methods of working with dreams
3. Create a dream journal

Meet the Instructor:
Marion Dumont holds a PhD in Philosophy & Religion with a specialization in Women’s Spirituality. As an educator, artist, and holistic nurse her aim is to create spaces that allow for people's own experiences and understandings to emerge. She believes that all of life is sacred and that when we bring our authentic selves to our work we are able to connect with others in meaningful ways. Over the years she has found that working with her own dreams has proven to be fun, practical and transformative.
