Strengths of Multi-Generational Teams    NEW!

There has been much discussion regarding generational cohorts and their strengths and shortcomings. This course addresses the importance of including multiple age groups in your staffing to increase not only diversity and inclusion, but to positively affect your bottom line. Topics include how to create job postings, interview questions, and employee handbooks that address the skills, interests, and capabilities of all generations and how to recruit and retain a diverse workforce.
