Microsoft Project: A New Approach   

Microsoft Project is a premier software application used to track and dynamically update project management tasks and deadlines in real time. This course will give you the introduction to scheduling and then apply those concepts to build a plan from the bottom up.

  • Understand the basic functions available in Project as well as an in-depth tour of the program.
  • Create and start a new project, then incorporate tasks within the project.
  • Construct resources and apply them in the program to set up a timeline, plans and applications.
  • Identify and apply formatting to customize your project template.

 

Note: Attendees should bring a project charter or project concept to apply MS project functionality to a current planning process.
