Greenhouses 101: Produce, Propagate and Protect   

Having a greenhouse helps increase plant production yields and serves many other functions. They are places to grow plants, propagate and start seeds, protect plants from seasonal weather changes and store gardening supplies. In this class you will learn how to design and construct your own greenhouse from scratch or with a kit and how to manage this unique environment. We will also cover basic plant care, controlling insect and disease problems and aquaponics (cultivating plants and fish together). Class includes seed starting guide, propagation schedule and handouts.
