    This course offers an introduction to the transformative practices of yoga, breathwork and meditation. You will explore the ancient wisdom and philosophy behind each modality as well as the proven benefits and modern science benefitting them. Class will include a brief philosophical lesson, followed by physical guidance through each practice, helping you build a strong and holistic foundation for your personal growth and well-being. Please wear comfortable clothes to class that you can move in. Equipment will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

    Tai chi uses gentle, low-impact movements that increase flexibility, balance, range of motion, relaxation, mental focus, strength and overall well-being. This class will focus on the popular 24-movement tai chi form. No previous experience is required. Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear.
