Mindfulness in Everyday Life   

Meditation is great – but what happens after your meditation is over and you go back to the realities of your everyday life? In this session, certified life coach Cheryl Lyon will introduce some simple mindfulness practices you can easily incorporate into your daily life. Discover how the practice of mindfulness may help you manage emotions, reduce stress, improve relationships and connect to your best self.
