Knife Skills   


Participants will learn how to care for their knives and use them in an efficient way.  They will learn to sharpen knives and understand how to best hold an edge.  During the class they will also learn to make a basic stir fry utilizing the knife cuts they produce. 

**Students are required to bring a hat and apron to class.
